Malaysia Airline Introduces Chef-on-Call-First
Malaysia Airline has taken first class service and in-flight dinning to a whole new level. The carrier is now offering, one of its kind service ‘Chef-on-Call-First’. This exquisite service is a ‘first class special’ and exclusive to this cabin only.
Chef on Call – First for First Class is an enhanced product of Malaysia Airline. However, as of now, this special service is limitedly available on B747-400 flights. The B747-400 flights with Malaysia Airline depart from London Heathrow airport, in the UK and Chef-on-Call-First can be availed on Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam and Sydney flights.
The airline has stated in its bulletin that there are plans to extend this new service to other top air routes serviced by Malaysia Airways. However the expansion will still be limited to the routes where the First class cabin configuration is deployed.
With Chef-on-Call first, service available Malaysia Airline customers will have freedom to Choose from a wide choice of menu selections. However if the extensive and delicious menu is not enough to satisfy the taste, Malaysia Airways customer can Pre-order their preferred choice of main course and get their preferred choice of meal.
The service makes it possible to place orders for preferred meal, from home or any where just 24-hours before flight departure. Travelers, who are booked in first class, can dial Malaysia Airlines Call Centre or Malaysia Airlines Ticket Offices to place their preferred meal order. Alternatively, online ordering can also be done by completing the order forms Malaysia Airlines website.
The airline further expressed in its Bulletin: “We are confident that our First class customers will appreciate this enhancement that will allow them to choose from an exquisite range of gourmet cuisine to ensure their in-flight dining pleasure is further elevated”.
The extensive and exquisite menu offered by Malaysia Airlines includes 45 sumptuous gourmet dishes to select in the First class customers choice of cuisine. This offer can also be availed while traveling first class flights to Kuala Lumpur, the home and hub of Malaysia Airlines.
Please note Malaysia Airline departs from London Heathrow and its primary routes to worldwide destinations include going via its hub Kuala Lumpur airport.
