It is to be noted that this charge is only applicable on international flights where the domestic flights remain completely unaffected resulting in no fee at all.

This credit card charge will be valid on flights from June 01, 2011. However it will not show up on the e-ticket or the pricing screen as the booking system will add the cost into the price setting. The fee can be viewed on a separate screen after pricing and is also viewable on the e-ticket receipt.

Now you can use your credit cards for booking international flights without the fear of paying a huge extra amount. The charge is applicable on tickets bought from travel agents and travel agent self-service channels only.
